On the 13th of May, Staff here at Tailend St Andrews will be dressing up as their favourite superheroes, all to raise as much as possible for Tay Fm's charity Cash for Kids! Tay Fm's Cash for Kids goal is to support disabled, disadvantaged kids and vulnerable children living across our area (both tayside & fife). A minimum of 80p of every £1.00 donated to cash for kids goes to the children and will help make a real difference to our local children. It is so important that all children feel that they can live life to the fullest and reach their full potential, which in some cases may not have been granted to them without this support!  Any donation would be greatly appreciated! Below is an idea of how your donations could help. £10- Could mean that a child living in care will not be forgotten at Christmas £50- Could enable Cash for Kids to give a happy memory to a child living in poverty £100 - Could help a family to purchase bedding and other essentials for their children £250 - Could allow Cash for Kids to buy sports or reading equipment to help children develop £500 - Could go towards buying a specialised wheelchair for a disabled child £1000 - Could provide Cash for Kids sensory equipment for children with learning difficulties We are hoping this will be a great day, please feel free to bring the kiddies along to meet their favourite characters! COURSE 1 - FRESH OYSTERS W LEMON COURSE 2 - MUSSELS IN WHITE WINE, CREAM & GARLIC SAUCE COURSE 3 - SEAFOOD PLATTER; LOBSTER IN GARLIC BUTTER, SCALLOPS W HAGGIS & CARROT PUREE, KING PRAWN SKEWER AND BATTERED HADDOCK GOUJONS! COURSE 4 - HOMEMADE CRANACHAN CHEESECAKE W RASPBERRIES & HONEY THE SEAFOOD PLATTER WENT DOWN A STORM WITH OUR GUESTS AND THEY NEARLY CLEARED US OUT OF OUR MUSSELS! ITS SUCH A GREAT FEELING WHEN CUSTOMERS LEAVE WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND HAPPY TUMMIES.
