We specialise in the best of Scottish seafood. G&A Spink source, fillet & smoke fish from all around Scotland. Kinlochbervie, Fraserborough & Lerwick are a few of the locations we source our seafood from. The seafood we stock can come from any of these locations depending on seasonality, quality & availability. We get the biggest percentage of our fish from the Shetlands (North Sea), boats land on a daily basis and provide us with Haddock, Cod, Lemon Sole, Plaice, Hake & many others. G&A also buy direct from the boats before the fish reach the market, ensuring us the last & freshest catch.
We have created a menu filled with traditional fish dishes but also included a few incredible unique dishes. Such as our Breaded Cod Taco, Fish Burger and Seafood Curry. We adapt our specials menu with the catch we receive, seasonality & sustainability. We also endeavour too use locally sourced ingredients in all our dishes. Please note that we do fry in beef dripping, therefore our chips are not vegetarian however we do offer garlic potatoes as a substitute. We endeavour to remove all bones but some small bones may occur in some dishes. We do try to offer gluten free batter as much as possible however, during peak times it may not always be feasible.
