In order to launch our new Gin Tasting Menu, who better to test run it than EDEN MILL BREWERY themselves? 

We hosted the event to the whole Eden Mill Team to a great sucess! Everyone raved about the Tasting and were very impressed by our choice of Garnishes which can completley change the taste of the Gin. 

The Gin Tasting Menu consists of 5 courses including our famous Humble Haddock and our very own house cured Salmon. All courses come with a matching Gin and the Haddock comes with an Eden Mill beer. We chose a beer for this course as the Bubbles from the beer cuts through the batter on the fish giving a much clearer, fresh taste! Exactly how our fish should be enjoyed. 
The Final Dish served is the Salted Caramel and Chocolate Posset! This went down a storm with the Eden Mill Team and is also a huge staff favourite!
