ON WEDNESDAY 3RD APRIL WE HOSTED THE FINE FOOD DINING SOCIETY OF ST ANDREWS FOR AN EVENING OF GIN, SEAFOOD AND EDUCATION IN OUR PRIVATE CONSERVATORY SPACE! OUR TALENTED HEAD CHEF FROM DUNDEE, MATTHEW, SHOWCASED MANY SKILLS THAT THEY COULD LEARN TO DO AT HOME LIKE MAKING PATE, PICKLING VEG, PREPPING LANGOUSTINES & MAKING A SUPER LIGHT & CRISPY TEMPURA BATTER! ALL OF THIS WAS PAIRED ALONGSIDE SOME DELICIOUS GINS FROM DARNLEY'S AND OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER FROM DUNDEE, GILLIAN, EXPLAINED TO OUR GUESTS ALL ABOUT DARNLEY'S & THE GARNISHES WE USED.
